请问Paddle1.8是否有已编译好的C预测库

我在PaddleInterence 1.8 的文档中快速开始 -> 预测实例(GO) 中看到获取C预测库有两种方式：
一种是直接下载已编译好的paddle_inference_c预测库;
或者手动编译paddle_inference_c预测库;
我选的第一种方式, 我想直接下载paddle_inference_c预测库，但是点进页面后发现C预测库表格下只有版本说明，没有具体下载地址!!
