github上的代码包里压根没有deploy文件夹..
请问如何解决？

额，我明白了。 你看不到 deploy文件夹， 是因为github上的默认分支是0.2版本的。PaddleDetection当前最新版本：v0.3.0(05/2020)，你切换到master分支就可以了：https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleDetection/tree/master
