windows安装问题

安装完docker ，然后安装paddle的时候安装不上啊

这个是windows上的快速安装包，自带docker，直接下载，网速好的时候十分钟差不多能安装完
有具体步骤的脚本，很好用，可以试试
switch to linux containers 后下载了paddle
但是在C:\Users\hp>docker run -d -it -t 03fc8fbaae0f /bin /bash 的时候确报错。。

多了个空格。。。
